After an overwhelming response last summer, our iconic Mango Madness waffle returns with an upgraded recipe! This season, we're using 100% Alphonso mango pulp sourced directly from Ratnagiri, paired with house-made mango coulis, fresh cream rosettes and a dusting of dehydrated mango powder.
