Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Belgian Waffle Co. Pvt. Ltd. website, mobile application or any of our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at www.belgianwaffleco.in or using any of our services, applications or franchise-operated outlets, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

2. Use of Our Website

2.1 Permitted Use

You may use our website for lawful personal and informational purposes. You agree not to use the site to post false or misleading information, infringe intellectual property rights, conduct unauthorised data scraping, or engage in any activity that disrupts our services.

2.2 Account Registration

To access certain features (loyalty programme, order history), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately at security@belgianwaffleco.in of any unauthorised account access.

3. Orders, Payments & Pricing

  • All prices displayed on our website and in our restaurants are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an online order. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking and popular wallets.
  • Delivery charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout and may vary based on location and order value.
  • Belgian Waffle Co. is not responsible for failed transactions due to technical issues at the payment gateway. Please contact your bank or payment provider in such cases.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Restaurant Orders

Orders placed in-restaurant are non-cancellable once prepared. In case of a quality issue, please inform our staff immediately and we will resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

Online / Delivery Orders

Online orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing the order for a full refund. After the 5-minute window, cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. In case of an incorrect or damaged order, contact us within 30 minutes of delivery with a photograph and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Ready-To-Eat Products

RTe products can be returned within 5 days of purchase if unopened and in original condition. Opened packages cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is found to be defective or expired.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials — including the Belgian Waffle Co. name, logo, trademarks, recipes, photographs, text, graphics and software — are the exclusive intellectual property of Belgian Waffle Co. Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any of our content without prior written permission.

6. Franchise Terms

Franchise enquiries and agreements are governed by a separate Franchise Agreement and Disclosure Document (FDD) provided to prospective franchisees. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding franchise offer. All franchise arrangements are subject to completion of due diligence, signing of the Franchise Agreement, and payment of applicable franchise fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belgian Waffle Co. Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use our website or services.
  • Errors or omissions in the content of our website.
  • Unauthorised access to your personal data due to events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Food allergic reactions not disclosed to our staff at the time of ordering.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
